Exploring the boundaries of taste A la carte and degustation menus
Chef Nicola Laera and staff are ready to welcome you to delight your palates for both lunch and dinner. Lunch is served at the Bistrot-Terrazza and is a la carte. While you can choose between a 5- or a 7-course degustation menu or order a la carte for your fine dining experience at Burjè1968 Restaurant.
In summer, Restaurant Burjè1968 changes its look, to renew and enrich its culinary offer. The menu is basically fish-based, but with a few land-based dishes.
In the meantime, the Burjè Fish Bistrot is ready to welcome you on a unique culinary journey, where the talent of Chef Nicola Laera is at its best and is designed to offer a haute cuisine experience.
