Chef Nicola Laera and his team are ready to welcome you to delight your palate for both lunch and dinner.
Lunch is served at the Burjè-Bistrot or in the terrace and it is à la carte.
For dinner instead, we offer a 5-course tasting menu or dishes à la carte in the indoor dining room at the Burjè1968 restaurant.

Burjè1968 is a unique culinary journey, where the talent of Chef Nicola Laera has the maximum expression and is designed to offer a haute cuisine experience.

We wait for you for lunch everyday but Monday from 12:00 p.m to 1:45 p.m. and for dinner everyday but Sunday from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
